Jennifer Perlitch

Assistant Vice President-Pharmacy

Jennifer is an accomplished clinical pharmacist with an extensive background across a diverse 30 years of experience. Jennifer serves as a subject matter expert and is highly focused on analyzing pharmacy spend and trends and using prescribing patterns to identify significant outliers, and to optimize the use of medications to support clinical goals. She has extensive knowledge in value-based contracts and works closely with both internal and external stakeholders on the strategy, design, and implementation of programs and initiatives to ensure optimal financial and quality performance in Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid populations.

Prior to working with Spring, Jennifer worked as a Clinical Pharmacist and Population Health leader at Beth Israel Lahey Health where she was keenly focused on medication optimization, analyzing prescribing patterns to understanding drug spend and trend, the rising costs and utilization of specialty medications, and various population health initiatives focused on meeting or exceeding HEDIS targets. She also created and served as the Rising Risk Disease Management Program Manager which focused on patients living with chronic disease(s) and the intersection/interdependency of medications and wellness. For over 15 years prior, Jennifer worked in varying roles at CVS Health, playing an active role in the training and development of future leaders, leading pilots to evaluate clinical and operational programs prior to company rollout, and partnering with managed care organizations on population-health based initiatives.  

Jennifer graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration at Nichols College in Dudley Massachusetts.
