As a National Sponsor, Spring is no stranger to the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) organization – its events, resources and thought leadership. As such, we are delighted to announce that we will be both exhibiting and speaking at this year’s DMEC Annual Conference, an event we have been involved in for the past decade!

Stop by our booth to find out!

The 3-day conference, from August 6th-9th in Austin, TX is sure to be an excellent mix of learning and fun. With over 700 attendees expected, it is one of the largest and most respected industry conferences, and we are excited to be a part of it all. If you work in disability and absence management, or anything HR-related, it is definitely worth attending. Plus, if you happen to be a fan of America’s Next Top Model and/or Dancing With the Stars, you’re in extra luck as one of the winners is this year’s keynote speaker!

If you are able to make it to DMEC this year, I know there are a lot of sessions and activities to choose from, but I hope you can make it to ours! I will be presenting on a panel alongside my Spring colleague, Karen English, Kevin Kelleher of The University of Vermont Medical Center, and Misty Harper of Coca-Cola. The session, “Implementation Done Right” will provide an overview of best practices for absence management program implementation – do’s and dont’s, case studies, and a roadmap for you to follow. If this sounds of interest to you, please join us on Wednesday, August 8th from 4:15-5:15.

In addition to the presentation, Spring will be exhibiting at booth #400. Please feel free to stop by and say hello. We will have giveaways, candy, information and games! Did I mention candy?

Hope to see you there.
